Roke Manor Research Appoints Director for its New Systems Engineering Division

Roke Manor Research, the innovative solutions provider and contract R&D specialist owned by Siemens, has announced the appointment of Peter Mallinson as Director of its newly created Systems Engineering division.

Mr Mallinson, 42, will be responsible for developing Roke Manor Research's position as one of the UK's leading systems houses and technical solutions providers. Roke Manor Research offers a range of services in Systems Engineering, from requirement capture and analysis through to compliance and installation, to a host of commercial and defence customers.

Peter MallinsonPeter brings to Roke Manor Research a wealth of Systems knowledge and over 22 years experience. He worked on Electronic Warfare, Radar, and Electronic Counter measure projects in the Systems Division of Philips Research Laboratories. This was followed by a number of years at Frazer Nash selling bespoke Vision Solutions.

In his most recent role as Head of Asset Management Solutions at ERA Technology he helped to create a complete solutions business covering EMC safety, mechanical and electrical engineering.

Peter has a first degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
