We require experienced engineers with a good honours degree, MSc, or PhD in electronic engineering, systems engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics or related subjects. A variety of roles and career paths exist where you can combine your deep technology expertise with real market insight to provide practical solutions to business issues. Whatever your role you will be involved in a range of projects which will vary in complexity, value, and duration. For some, your technical/commercial expertise may only be required for a short period in the project life-cycle, in others you'll be involved in preparing the bid and winning the contract right through to delivery of equipment and field trials. At Roke we have it all.

We'll look after you too. We'll give you 25 days leave a year - and with our flexi-leave arrangements you can add up to 8 more days. You'll also be eligible to join the Chemring pension scheme, and get heavily discounted private medical insurance (you'll only pay the tax on it).
