Roke doesn't view support as a bolt-on extra that is only considered after delivery. We involve our Support Team in all developments from the outset to ensure the final delivery can be supported effectively and cost efficiently.
We provide a full Field Support capability for our own products/development (1st - 4th line) or for those of others (1st or 2nd line). This capability is provided by our dedicated team of support engineers, on a 24/7/365 basis, who have in depth support experience across a wide range of systems. The service can be tailored precisely to customer needs in terms of level of support, Service Level Agreement and spares holding (which we can store in our secure, bonded facility for you)."
